Maybe yes ... I'm not sure they cook delicious 😋
Not if maybe si
Great Mexican food at reasonable prices. This place is very crowded on the weekends so if you don't like long wait times get there before 5pm. Also who knew that a Mexican Restaurant can serve great Pizza, I should know, I'm originally from Chicago, home town to great pizzas!
OUTSTANDING place! Sal (Jr) was our server and refilled chips and water without us even asking! Our taquito combos came hot and tasty! Beans and rice were perfectly seasoned and so fresh! Can't wait to go back and try other entrees! Enjoy!
had a terrible experience with our waiter, an older man who had been working there for a while. he was extremely rude, condescending, and made us never want to return. food wasn’t great either.
Sal built a restaurant with hard work, long hours and good food. Today Sal has let his two boys run the restaurant we've enjoyed for 15 years, The food is not as good. If prices go up they take avocados off the menu. The've run out of pork. Steak has seen surcharges. One son is polite, pleasant and seemingly effective. The other has an attitude, is not friendly and does not care whether you eat there or not. We need Sal back!
Where to start? I probably should have given 3 or 4 stars because the day I went they had a note that said "Due to market value we will not be serving avocado or guacamole. Sorry for any inconvenience. " At this point I was severely bummed, but I went forward and this is where everything changed. I ordered the seafood chimichanga and all I can say is wow. This was the best chimichanga I have had in a long time. A friend had the tacos and they reminded me of the taco truck taco's. Can't comment on their guacamole, but their main dishes are sensational. Definitely worth a visit and my recommendation is listed above. I will visit again the next time I am in town.
Food is great!! But the guy answering the phone is deft! Every time I call and he answer I have to yell 🤦🏻♀️
Ay ay..the best of the best...like always
The best burrito I've ever eaten! Great food, good prices and my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. They also make a decent New York style pizza.
Food was not as good as in the past. Willing to give them another try the next time I am in town.
Awful service and very unprofessional behavior. They forgot an order of cheese dip, no big deal. So we called to ask them to make it right and they argued with us, but ultimately decided to replace the dip ( it was paid for and on the recept). About 5 minutes later the hostess had the gall to call back and accuse us of lying. The manager actually wanted us to re-box all the food and bring it back to the restaurant so he could inspect it! I am dumbfounded as to why they would behave like this. We spent over $100 on food and to be treated like this is beyond unacceptable. We eat here 2- 3 times a month and have never had a problem. This is it.
Most of the time they are pizza is top notch yes pizza at a Mexican restaurant - the thin crust pizza is awesome. Really good margaritas and most of the time the Mexican food is very good. In need of repairs and a cleaning
Food is always fresh and delicious and a huge portion. Prices are good. Johnny, the Bartender is always on top of everything! The Entire staff are wonderful people. House mad Margaritas are Always good. We like to sit at the bar to eat. Next time I will try the Fried Ice Cream for dessert. Wonderful restaurant and it's just a short golf cart ride away 🙂. We will be back, of course.
This is another one of our favorite spots in town. Delicious food, reasonable prices, friendly staff.I'm obsessed with their shredded chicken tacos. Normally I'm all 'feh, shredded chicken,' but it's really good here!Cats out of the bag on this joint, though. We usually don't have to wait, but they are usually busy.
Our server was an older gentleman who made myself and the lady I was with severely uncomfortable. He kept flirting with the lady i was with. That was completely repulsive and unprofessional. He kept entering himself in the conversations we were having because he kept hovering around our table. The service alone will ensure I don't return with my business. The food was alright just severely overpriced. I ordered the chicken chimichangas and just asked for no beans. I paid almost 11 dollars for one standard size burrito. No rice or side was apparently included in the price. Between the cringey service and overpriced food. I will be sure to try to find a better restaurant when i have the itch for authentic Mexican cuisine.
I really enjoy the food here, and the atmosphere ( prior to Covid-19) was great. My only problem is when I call in an order, or order it up front and wait, when I pay with my credit card it automatically adds a tip to my order. When I dine in ANYWHERE I'm always a 20+% tipper. However, when I drive there and do take out, and they take the liberty to automatically add a tip I have a real problem with that. Tipping should ALWAYS be at the discresion of the diner, based on the quality of the meal and the service rendered. I sincerely hope ownership reconsiders their decision to automatically add a tip to take out orders, or I may reconsider ordering there again, eat in or take out.
Our waiter was surly. He made demands rather than offer help. The food was bland but passable. They did have a very friendly helpful girl assisting.
